Reece directs all aspects of the Terris & Co organization and is active in the day-to-day business and leadership of each project. With decades in the construction industry, Reece brings a lifetime of passion, experience and building solutions to the table. His focus and commitment to achieving the design intent of a build have become the cultural foundation that the company has built its reputation on. Reece holds an FPA degree from Simon Fraser University, has completed the Reddin 3-D Managerial Effectiveness Program and attended the BCIT Carpentry program.

Dino has over 17 years of industry experience and oversees the coordination and support of our project management teams. He has remarkable problem-solving abilities and uses his broad knowledge base to introduce collaborative solutions to the most demanding of projects. Dino’s focus on operations, scheduling, and budget are fundamental to the process and planning that make each phase of a build into its own success story. Dino is a partner in Terris & Company, a graduate of the BCIT Carpentry Apprenticeship program and holds his Red Seal Carpenter Certification.

Kevin is a skilled Estimator and Project Coordinator with over a decade in the construction industry. His experience both onsite and in the office has made him an invaluable member of the Terris & Co team. Kevin is known for fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors and coordinating the right team for every project. Meticulous attention to detail combined with a thorough tendering and analysis of budgets, along with a strategic approach to pre-construction work have contributed to the successful planning and completion of our diverse portfolio of projects.

Financial Controller

Duke is a Business Economics graduate from the University of California, Irvine. His professional journey has encompassed logistics, operations, and finance and brings a breadth of experience to our accounting department. Rooted in a logical mindset cultivated by an Engineering background, he excels as the Financial Controller here at Terris & Co. Duke’s financial expertise has been shaped by the diverse roles he has undertaken throughout his life, including involvement in his family's construction business in Vietnam, and the part-time construction work he was involved with during his time at college here in Canada. Joining the Terris & Co team resonates deeply because of our shared commitment to treating each project as if it were our own. Duke is excited to contribute to the company's dedication to excellence in construction and customer service. He also holds Post-Degree Diploma’s in Marketing, and International Business Management from Douglas College and a FITT Diploma in International Trade.

Pippa has been drawing since childhood, a creative passion that naturally led her into the world of visual storytelling. In 2007, she began her post-secondary studies in Animation before transitioning into Graphic Design and Interactive Media. As the job market evolved, she shifted her focus to marketing in 2013, later expanding her technical expertise by studying Web Design and Development and managing international tech teams by 2020. This diverse background—spanning design, media, technology, and strategy—allows Pippa to bring a uniquely integrated perspective to Terris & Co. She plays a key role in growing the company’s media presence, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring every project benefits from her broad and adaptable skill set.

Jeremy has experience building large-scale institutional projects, luxury custom homes and heritage restorations and has been working in the industry for over 14 years. His lived experience is focused on timber frame builds. He enjoys the teamwork that goes into bringing a project together and has become a valued mentor to our apprentices. He is central to project planning, directing best practices, and implementing efficient construction methods onsite. He has boundless energy, dedication, and commitment to all the projects he leads, and his open and effective style of communication makes the client journey an enjoyable experience. Jeremy has his Red Seal Carpenter Certification from BCIT.

Antonio’s deep-rooted passion for wood, coupled with a fervent curiosity regarding its inherent properties, set him on a path to explore innovative and sustainable applications for this warm and enduring material in residential construction. This dedication and commitment to materials has earned him a degree in Forestry with a major in Wood Sciences from the National Agrarian University, Lima Peru. He has over 14 years of experience working in the construction industry and has led the construction of new custom homes and renovations with an emphasis on high-end luxury finishing and millwork. He also has his certification from Rothoblass in CLT methods and implementation including the application of advanced structural connections to wood. Antonio is excited to bring his passion, knowledge and expertise for wood construction and finishing to the Terris & Co team.

Adrien began his career in the construction industry nine years ago after earning his Masters of Management and Sustainable Development from ISEADD Lognes, France. There, he joined a team that improved the energy efficiency of numerous multi-family buildings in Paris. Having always had a passion for working with his hands he made the choice upon moving to Canada to combine his talents for sustainable development within the built environment and has worked on many large-scale public renovations and restorations with this goal in mind. Adrien loves being part of the evolution of a project, and the problem solving and solutions that go into making a home an enjoyable and better place to live. He is currently working toward his Red Seal Carpentry Certification at BCIT. In addition to his master’s degree, Adrien also holds a Bachelors of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from the University of Evry-Val d’Essonne, France, and holds a Diploma of Electronic and Industrial Data Processing from the Polytechnic Institute IUT Senart-Fontainebleau France.

Accounting

Naveed joined Terris & Co in 2021 as a member of the accounts management team. He brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, having worked in the USA, Asia, and Central Asia. He is responsible for the implementation of our full-cycle accounting process and has been instrumental in establishing effective project cost accounting, financial controls, and reporting. He has a dual Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, and an MBA in Project Management from Bellevue University, Nebraska, USA.

Carpenter + Site Safety Representative

Gord has over 10 years of solid construction experience under his belt and comes to the custom residential home building sector from the world of commercial high-rise construction. As our acting Site Safety Representative Gord is responsible for implementing weekly site inspection reviews with our Project Managers and leads our monthly ‘All Staff’ meetings where we discuss and reinforce company safety procedures and protocol. He also provides industry updates for our company Health & Safety Manual. He is a skilled carpenter who is very well-versed in architectural concrete work, framing and finishing. He has his Red Seal Carpenters Certification from BCIT along with his Fall Protection Certification, First Aid Level One, Workplace Inspection Safety Certification, Accident / Incident Investigation Training, Supervising for Safety Training, and JOHS Committee Safety Worker Rep Training.

Stewart’s love for construction started at the young age of 12, working with his father’s company, building, and renovating homes after school and during the summer holidays. Now as an accomplished carpenter, Stewart has completed many new custom homes, renovations, and restorations. His experience includes construction using SIP panels, prefab timber framing, foundation underpinning and custom log home building. His interest in timber framing and log home building is complemented with his Certification of Craftsmanship from the Northmen Guild of Master Craftsmanship (Latvia), which is focused on traditional framing and full-scribe log building construction techniques using traditional tools and equipment.

We are very fortunate to have Joel on the team. He is a hardworking and enthusiastic colleague who is eager to begin his journey in the carpentry and contracting profession. He is willing to go the extra mile every day to make sure that the sites are clean, organized, and safe. Joel is an active volunteer at various inner-city youth programs, runs several community men’s groups and volunteers at his local church.

Rodrigo studied Architecture in Lima, where he graduated with solid academic standing and gained experience on multifamily residential projects. He has a strong passion for design and a sharp eye for detail. Rodrigo spent two years in project coordination, developing a solid understanding of how design meets execution. Now based in Vancouver, Rodrigo completed further studies in Project Management and works as a project manager at Terris & Co. In his role, he assists projects from start to finish—keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and communication clear. His thoughtful, organized approach supports the company’s commitment to delivering quality work and building strong relationships with clients and collaborators. Rodrigo’s approach blends creative thinking with structured project delivery. He believes the success of a project lies in both the details and the process—and that great spaces come from collaboration, precision, and care.

Melody first joined Terris & Co as a finance intern and now plays a key role in managing accounts payable and project expenses to ensure operations run smoothly. She enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to work – whether by streamlining processes or improving reports. With a background in engineering and project management, she brings strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to her role. Currently, Melody is expanding her expertise through a post-degree diploma in data analytics, all while continuing her passion for accounting and management, and actively supporting both team members and project managers.

Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature and finds inspiration in exploring the mountains and the outdoors.
