The Beach Ave property has been transformed into a modern smart home with a focus on open floor plan living. The renovation included a large electric fireplace, built-in shelving, a custom grand chandelier, and fully automated, discreetly concealed smart home features.

The new kitchen includes recessed track lighting, a 45-square-foot granite island with eucalyptus wood seating, strategically hidden outlets, oak hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a breakfast nook with curved bay windows, a black marble feature wall, and a recessed bar with a black marble backsplash.

Terris & Co. gutted and redesigned a 944-square-foot master suite. The renovation created a loft-style layout with a master bathroom that features a crystal-clear view. The master bedroom also features a full-size dressing room with eucalyptus wood accents, a custom king-sized bed, and fully automated smart home features. The master bathroom includes his and his sinks, a double rain head shower, and black slate floor tiles with white marble mosaic accents.
